Photoshoot Jeff Comber

THIS VIDEO DOES NOT SHOW ALL THE TRICKS, I WAS JUST FILMING WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE, TO BE HONEST ALL OF THE TRICKS IN THE FINAL SHOTS I DID NOT CATCH EXCEPT FOR CHRIS ON THE RAIL, THIS IS JUST A QUICK LOOK INTO OUR DAY!

CGC Photo shoot with Jeff Comber, a very talented photographer and all round good guy, and boy was it a long day.

After 2 weeks trying to come up with some spots to skate the day had finally come, I was quite excited after seeing some of Jeff’s previous work, and had a good feeling about it!

We all met up at the local Train Station and headed out to the first spot, a nice picnic bench with a good run up, this was a nice place to get warmed up, the guys session for a bit, Shane put down a nice crooked grind and we drove out to the next spot..

Spot#2 - A small ledge with a higher ledge, one of the local Ey spots now capped if I remember correct, Chris was able to cop a nice BS Tail slide Big Spin, and Kyle put down a Switch BS 180 Nose grind and a sweet Board slide on the top ledge, Chris laid down a Board slide also, when no one was ready, I was lucky to catch it quick…

Spot#3 - The last spot was an Abandoned building known to most local skaters in the city, (that’s like the size of a football field) by the time we got here we had been going at it hard for 3 hours, and decided this was to be the last spot, so the guys were aped to push it and finish strong, they built a quick obstacle to skate and Jeff let the camera’s roll, after countless tries Chris put down a nice BS Noise Grind on the rail they had built , even though we had got the shot with out him landing the trick, everything has to be %100 percent, no fakes!! So we were all stoked when he landed it and the shot turned out awesome.

Eric laid a quick Nose Manny on this “monster” sized box, and Kyle finished the day with another sick Switch BS 180 Nose grind, on a old filing cabinet known as the “death box”, you don’t want to fall on the corner of that bad boy, mess ya up fast… this was shot as a still shot, and came out real sick.

Thanks to chris leal, Kyle Troll, Eric Simpson and Shane Kelly, much respect to Jeff Comber for the sick shots!
